Engaged by USA Rugby’s board of directors to conduct the search and placement efforts for the critical role of Chief Executive Officer, resulting in the hiring of Bill Goren. Led the end-to-end process from discovery of organizational needs and market mapping, right through to interviews and onboarding of the final candidate.

- Worked with USA Rugby’s Board of Directors and their hiring committee to discover what USA Rugby needed in this pivotal chapter for the sport in the country, considering
- Developed clarity on the core competencies, qualities, and ambition necessary for the ideal candidate and built our identification and scoring process using this
- Delivered research and insights around what it takes to be a CEO in a national governing body in the US market, presented existing talent profiles & archetypes, and conducted comprehensive interview processes to source the best possible candidates for the role
- Led the interview process to ensure an equal process for all candidates and robust matching process for the client
- Supported the final candidate and Chair of the Board with a transition plan to smoothen the onboarding, speed up the working relationship and elevate the experience for all involved
