Pre-Acquisition - Due Diligence & Advisory
Engaged by potential owner to conduct pre-acquisition due diligence on sporting operations for both MLS and NWSL clubs. Audited talent, organizational design and core operating processes. Delivered observations and provided a 100 Day Transition Plan to ownership upon acquisition of the asset. Assisted in the search and placement of three roles across both clubs.

Engagement
- Provided an unbiased view on the sporting operations of both clubs for prospective ownership group
- Conducted a sporting operations audit of structure, talent and processes, including functional assessment scoring
- Provided benchmarking across respective leagues around sporting operations headcount and compensation
- Provided recommendations on organizational design based on next and best practices within league(s) and high performing global sport
- Delivered a 100 day plan for new ownership upon acquisition of the asset
- Led search and placement efforts for key staff to direct critical departments
