Seattle Reign
Project:
Executive Search
Commissioned by the Seattle Reign organization, we embarked on a thorough search and placement process for the pivotal General Manager role. Following an in-depth analysis of club’s needs, structure, and market opportunities, we worked closely with the club’s leadership, players, and CEO to devise a comprehensive candidate brief. We utilized this information to cultivate a list of prospective candidates, streamline the interview process, and negotiate effectively on behalf of the club. This partnership resulted in acquiring proficient leadership and ultimately fostering a competitive edge for the Seattle Reign.

I’ve had a long career in the sport of soccer and have had dealings with search firms from all sides of the process: reference, employer, and potential employee. Bloom Sports, specifically Shannon and Barry, were not only professional, prompt, and diligent, they were personable. It was clear that they had a collective and collaborative way of finding the right fit for all vested parties. They place a high value on their credibility, reputation, and integrity and that was evident throughout. I’m grateful to them for their candor, responsiveness, and care throughout.
