We were engaged by the Girls Academy Board of Directors to lead the process for hiring their new Commissioner for the league. 

Engagement

  • Worked with key board members to develop the core competencies, qualities, and ambition necessary for the ideal candidate
  • Delivered research and insights around market talent and conducted comprehensive interview processes to source the best possible candidates for the role
  • Led the interview process to ensure an equal process for all candidates and robust matching process for the client
