Expansion Team - Advisory & Executive Search
Engaged by ownership two thirds of the way through the club’s inaugural season to conduct a gap analysis across Angel City FC sporting operations. Advised ownership on buildout of soccer operations talent. Partnered with ownership and GM to recruit key leadership roles of Director of Medical & Performance, and two assistant coaches. Partnered with club leadership to professionalize standards through the codification of job descriptions, roles and responsibilities and objectives and key results.
