Retained by ownership to lead search and placement efforts for a new General Manager. Supported transition of new leadership by providing an unbiased perspective on sporting operations and providing recommendations around structure, talent and processes. Facilitated the search and placement of a new Technical Director and partnered with club to identify data and analytics as a strategic area of focus, investment and integration.
